adjusted my diet, and it's working, high protein and less food in general. Adjust things until something works for you

A question for job board owners, how long until you made some good money on your projects?
Currently at 89kg at 178cm, hoping to get around 85/84kg with this cutting phase.....
Did leg day, and I did an excellent back workout but I got so dizzy at the end, I thought I would faint and my heart was racing like 1000 beats per minute....
The only thing that bothers me on the macbook pro M3 is the keyboard, it feels kind of rubbery, like I'm fighting with it? Is it just me?
