Make the data importing wayyyy better for the free version.

The issue was that I was not doing enough work for the users. Now it does everything:
- Goes to the correct page
- Redirects them to the same tab they were in
- Gives them better instructions
Add a fancy bulk import and AI rater for the newsletter. A lot of people are submitting URLs now, and it's too much to go through manually.

Updated some very useful skills I often use. I should really open-source one of them.
Set up Uptime Kuma for all my sites, as SSL cert renewals have been flaky lately.
Break up CSS into smaller components so I can figure out where the hell everything is. #channelsurfer
First emergency hot fix for a paid customer. Found other issues, so it was worth it. Also, the first churn. :-/
