@marc Unfortunately, they noticed that employees weren't as engaged with Sparkly as they hoped, and thus they decided to unsub/uninstall. It was 60% of revenue. So I am trying to figure out next steps.
@Erwin0 Are they open to continue trying the service free of charge for a while? That would give you some time to work together to find ways to get employees more engaged.
@marc Unfortunately they closed the door for that. It's also an enterprise that's rather traditional/not very easy to work with. I did, however, managed to find two problems that they were running into based on feedback+analytics. For now it's more of a question whether the product itself has a future.
@Erwin0 It's a pity they closed the door on that.
With regards to the product as a whole: there was clearly a reason they signed up for it. Even if the product didn't fulfil their needs, there's likely an opportunity there to fill that need. You just need to figure out a way to do it.
If the current strategy isn't working out there's no harm in experimenting a bit with more substantial changes.
