go outside and drink coffee but too hot so I go inside and maybe related/unrelated I get this kinda multi colored disco lightning shape in left eye flashing for 10min so I call dad he say maybe retinal tear or tiny blood clot in back of head he say take 160mg aspirin but ofc we don't have that and our in middle of nowhere but it's probably a retinal tear cause no stroke or TIA symptoms, so we go doctor on-site and I take aspirin, doc said it's not normal protocol which is true because in 15% of cases a stroke is hemorrhagic so you make it worse but in 85% of cases it's ischemic where aspirin can help "platelets can’t clump as easily → clot stops growing → blood flow may partially resume" #sick
