Tutoic is a learning app that is
- easy
- addictive
- teaches knowledge
- teaches skill
- general (any topic)
No way of learning exists yet that meets all of these requirements. School is not easy, nor addictive. DuoLingo meets the first three, but its users can't talk the language it claims to teach. In Brilliant you have an active role and you have to push yourself to keep going, that is, it's not easy and addictive enough.
Tutoic throws out all assumptions and tradition we have in learning, and builds the learning process –training a human brain using software– up from first principles.
Currently beta access is closed because I'm in a bigger overhaul that was informed by last period of user tests.

experimented with cursor and made a decent landing page. improved a admin page for browsing users. fixed a bug in learning engine 2.

Couldn't work today but ended with a good MIQ yesterday so at least know how to proceed when I pick work up again #tutoic
Sometimes my head is exploding from the amount of work i've cast upon myself. The complexity is insane. #tutoic The learning engine 2 now sort of has a 70% working frontend.
Worked on the "write" part of the learning engine 2 mostly, mostly technical, not yet work on the adapted ux #tutoic
completed the feed part of learning engine v2. Now on to the test semantics itself, which were self-contradictory in v1 and have to be replaced. #tutoic
made a lot of progress on client side code for learning engine v2 #tutoic! Looks like tomorrow I can start testing this new design and iterating.
