Ready to deploy changes to Mandrill email sending and realized that 70 customers still haven’t adjusted their DMARC records. We will be automatically switching their sending address to [email protected]. Last minute decided to automatically create forwards from [email protected] to customer email using Improvmx.com. Migrated legacy survey template logos from being stored in the DB & imported customer CSV files to S3. This allows the webapp to be stateless and next step is to dockerize it and setup blue-green deployments to avoid any, even short downtime.

Added automated feedback analytics at no extra cost to 10 legacy plans (80+ customers), since the cost of providing it via OpenAI is much cheaper than before. Will improve retention and hopefully get some additional reviews on G2/Capterra.
