I believe an example of vertical integration for the hairdressers market would be making your own hair products, and selling it at the salon (integrating manufacturing, another layer of the supply chain, with services). Maybe what you're trying to say here is "From multi-niche to adjacent markets"? What do you think? I could be wrong - I just wanted to share that with you. “ #readmake
