When both a direct response AND an ai generated response are returned by the same request, convert the direct response into a system message so #kit includes it as context for it's response

Moved weekly schedule creation and request for the upcoming week's availability from Sunday to Saturday to give people the weekend to plan next week's #kit calls
Change from multiples of 7 to allowing users to set the frequency which they want to keep in touch with a contact to any number of days >=7 (one call/week max) #kit
