fix incorrect time used in guest email titles, as well as RSVP updates (ICS had wrong timezone). RSVP updates also caused duplicate calendar entries for owners. also fixed that invitees don't show up for hosts #bookcall

made bookings more stable by introducing retry in case external video call provider fails. also made things more stable for guests by introducing respective security definers #bookcall

fixed that we saved calendar_uid too late and didn't have an update RLS in place for guests, so we coulnd't add it to the db and RSVP would cause an error. also backfilled all upcoming calls. either people really try again and again or the mail client has a retry strategy #bookcall

#bookcall got a whole lot of love today: - introduced e2e tests so I can ship faster with more confidence. everything works now and we uncovered a bunch of tests - stress tested the video call with a good friend and found some issues in very weird cases - fixed guest access to the booking management page - fixed the RSVP not working due to RLS being too strict - replaced template opengraph image, slight oversight - bookings now fail when we can't create a meeting room with the external provider to prevent us from sending out a calendar invite without a link to a video call very productive saturday afternoon/evening. and I still got a lot of time in with the new steam deck ☺️
