Another interesting one I saw which launched just few weeks ago is Landen

Note: They are by Indie Developers. There are also various others by big corporations like Wix, etc..

I personally never use any because I don't like Drag & Drop & want more flexibility in the way I design layouts so I code everything from scratch :)
