💪🏻 The hundredth workout
I'm tracking my workouts with WIP. Today was my hundredth workout since I started working with my online personal trainer Rob.
Till date I gained 4,1 kilos of lean body mass, exactly 0,5 kilos per month like planned, while keeping waist circumference same.
I will write on it later this year when I'm one year in, but you can already read my draft.
