Roast my landing page: TurkishFluent, Turkish learning SaaS

I'm building TurkishFluent, a SaaS to learn Turkish online for expats living in Turkey.

I would like to improve my landing page before trying out some paid acquisition. Here is some stuff I have already pointed out:
- Video feels a bit cheap
- Change the picture of "Get Used To Real Spoken Turkish" to show the app
- Add "features" pages

Please roast it and let me know what else I could improve! Thanks ;)

Love this project and the hero title made me giggle, so relatable 😄 I want to check and send feedback when I can view on desktop.

I realized footer logo seems like a red square. That confused me a bit, is it a bug or on purpose? Maybe logo you used in the header would be better.

The video sounds loud, even though my phone's volume isn't set too high.

I think video of real app UI in an animated style would convert better.

Hero title on mobile could be smaller font size (3 lines instead of 4) so CTA button is not hidden. And spacings can be adjusted.

It would be nice to watch a few expats who wants to learn Turkish while they are going through the landing page (don't tell it's your product) and try to examine their behaviors (do they not click on the CTA because red color feels dangerous?) & ask a few questions (would they want to start trial, if yes or no, why?)

Thank you very much. Yes, I really need to create a new video of the real app UI! Will refine the mobile version as well ;)

And the footer logo is indeed the favicon, I didn't think it was weird haha

Updated the video! Also fixed the mobile version. Thanks again for your feedback!

Great project! As for landing page:

I get you are working with a language teacher on it, but might be helpful to say something like "based on a tried and tested curriculum developed by XYZ". This type of appeal to authority can help set you apart.

You also point out the insanity of some similar apps (ie. the whole "the dogs eat the apples" thing). But maybe go a bit further to explain how you're better. Maybe even a "TurkishFluent vs. Duolingo" and "TurkishFluent vs. Rosetta Stone" kind of pages linked in the footer could go a long way to explaining this stuff and also get you higher in search results.

Anyways, good luck! Again, great project.

Yes, the comparison page is a very good idea! Thanks.

As someone who's trying to learn Turkish (because I'm a language dragon and want to speak them all, including the conlangs I create), I'm absolutely obsessed with this.

I haven't checked out the whole site yet, but I'm absolutely obsessed with your headline 😂

Thanks! I was so eager to learn only to order my tea in Istanbul myself, that's how I came up with the headline! Feel free to try it out ;)

It definitely makes the service seem more human! If you haven't already, I highly recommend sharing stories in your marketing & on your site blog, including sharing relatable stories from your userbase/community.

Hey, this looks quite cool!
I question that comes to mind is about the lesson structure.
Sending 1 a day is a good idea to engage students, but:
How many are there? Can I go back to past lessons? What if I want to go faster? Are new lessons being added?

Thanks, I will update the FAQ to answer those questions!

Added the syllabus, thanks for your feedback!
