✍🏻's Net Promoter Score based on 228 customer reviews

Today I took some time to make an overview of all customer reviews I received and calculate the Net Promoter Score.

Since March 2018 I ask for customer reviews via an autoresponder one week after the order. 228 customers responded.

The NPS turns to be 19%, which can be interpreted as "Good", based on this article by QuestionPro. My goal is to reach level "Excellent" (a score of +50%) before the end of this year.
