For templates, I use MJML (mjml.io/), which is excellent for ensuring consistent rendering across devices, as email clients have very limited HTML/CSS support. Regarding Noticeable, there's currently no UI to customize the default template, but the backend supports custom ones. If you have a custom MJML template, I can easily attach it to your project.
