Right sorry I'm not from the US and have mistaken the two company forms. Inc is US company form used for VC investments like YC and many other VCs required. What I meant is that if you think of getting funding in the future a LLC is more tax efficient to start with. You should however check how much effort it is to later convert a LLC to an Inc. If you are not a Solofounder it probably makes sense to start an Inc right away.
