Founder/product fit... and a commitment of a user to actually use it.

Seeing what is broken in other quality management products and building something does it better was the idea. It took a while and we're seeing the first results of users.

A significant improvement was observed at one of the users after optimizing administrative processes. These improvements not only contributed to increased awareness, but also better prepared the organization for upcoming inspections by external auditors.

The product team has not been idle either, the improvements:

Quality:

- An annual plan for audits.
- Insightful display of root cause categories, subcategories and related Non-Conformities (NCs).
- Direct access to NCs via the central dashboard.
- Addition of attachments to the different phases of the 8D process.

Competence:

- An annual plan for training.
- Refinement of training cards.

These improvements strengthen both the operational and compliance-related capabilities of the organization.
