I don't have the answer. But from what I learned from some potential users (early startup engineers), they will trust you more in terms of how reliable your company is if you have pricing structure, also they can evaluate how much they need to pay if they grow accordingly.
But if you really not sure what the pricing structure should be, maybe no pricing structure is better than a bad one.
