I felt like I had to figure it all out myself when I was building my companies.  I wished I could get some practical advice from people who had done it before, after seeing so many people on Twitter, etc "make it". 

I remember those feelings.

So one evening, while playing poker with other entrepreneurs in San Diego, we each committed to helping other entrepreneurs along our paths, whether we were friends 10 years from then or not. 

We committed to it.  And I don't take commitments lightly.  Especially my own.

When I finally felt like people were asking for my advice because of my experience, and I was saying similar things over and over again, I decided the time was right. 

I started giving away some time each week to entrepreneurs. 

This year, I turned that time into a "guided mastermind."

With the intention of keeping it small, we've added 24 entrepreneurs (with $0 to $20k MRR) into this mastermind, and every day I get to spend time with them, building them up, cheering them on, and helping them as much as possible.

And I'm not done yet.

We're only 1 seat away from being at full capacity, but now I also have more up my sleeve, both for the mastermind members as well as other aspiring bootstrapped SaaS entrepreneurs.
