I gave feedback to the client's manager about the second executive meeting they conducted, noting improvements such as greater engagement among teams, inter-departmental problem-solving and regular conversations, plus, despite some chaotic moments, the meeting is going according to plan due to actions points summary from the previous meeting to ensure things get done and prevent cynicism within the team.
