If you missed a day and lost your streak, you can buy a Streak Repair within 24 hours. We'll create a backdated todo for the day you missed, which instantly restores your streak.
Keep using WIP as normal afterwards — if you miss another day, your streak resets to zero again.
When can you use a streak repair?
Whenever you've lost a streak after missing a single day — for example you forgot to log a todo, pressed enter too late, had internet problems, or your account was set to the wrong time zone. Freezes only work if you equipped them in advance; once the streak is gone, repair is the option.
Why is it $99?
The streak system would lose its meaning if repairing were cheap. The price is meant to hurt a little, while still letting you continue as if you didn't miss the day. It also helps support WIP's ongoing development.
Lost your streak due to a WIP technical issue?
Free repairs are only for bugs on WIP's side — the website or the Telegram bot. Issues on your side don't qualify: your internet, forgetting to hit enter, the wrong time zone, streak reminders, or third-party clients. This is rare. When the bot is down, todos are added with their original timestamps once it's back. Website outages usually hit many people at once. If your streak reset but no todos are missing, it's almost always timing or time zone. Still think WIP broke it? Email Marc.
