If you missed a day and lost your streak, you can buy a "Streak Repair". You need to do this within 24 hours of losing your streak. You should then create a todo for the day you missed, and we'll backdate it. This will then repair your streak to where it was before.

When buying a Streak Repair, please make sure to continue using WIP as normal because if you miss another day your streak will be reset to zero.

The following are the most common reasons for losing your streak:

• You missed a day
• You forgot to log a todo on time
• Your account is set to a different time zone than you're in
• You forgot to press enter
• You had internet problems

The streak system would lose all meaning if it was too easy to repair your streak everytime you missed a day. That's why I chose a price that hopefully hurts a bit, but allows you to continue your streak as if you didn't miss a day.

It's also a manual process that takes some work so you pay me for my time and help support WIP's on-going development.

If you lost your streak due to a technical problem with the WIP website or Telegram bot, you can ask for a free Streak Repair.

This is very rare. If the Telegram bot is broken, todos are automatically added when the bot is back online and the original timestamps are used. If there's a problem with the website, it likely happened to many users and I'm already working on a fix.

If your streak is reset, but there are no todos missing, it's 99.9% a problem with timing the todo. Either you logged it later than you think, or your account is set to a different time zone and you logged it after midnight in that time zone. It's your responsiblity to keep the time zone up-to-date.

• Problems with streak reminders
• Problems with other WIP clients than the website and Telegram bot
• Technical problem that only happened to you and I can't verify
• Problems with your internet
• You forgotting to hit enter
• Using the wrong time zone
