A user of 
#rabbitholes just messaged me that he got to know what he had to know without actually reading a lengthy document. It took him 10mins for something that’d taken an hour otherwise
He also tried with ChatGPT, but apparently it was hallucinating a lot since the doc was big
The number of clicks to first experience is critically important. I’ve been told that signing up to experience #rabbitholes is a friction. There’s also been many who signed up, but never created their first board/ first chat node in the app.
