Any recommendations for a cheap VPS provider like Vultr.com?

Their $2.5/mo plan is temporarily sold out. Need a very small box to run a proxy.

Thanks @Ben! that's an interesting option, providing more value than Linode or DigitalOcean, as I am checking it out. Still looking for a super cheap VPS provider.

Thanks @Nicholas But no cheap VPS options other than Vultr itself.
